Join us for a Greek summer feast with the amazing Greek chef Despina Siahuli. Once again we will be focusing on our ‘star ingredients’. These are unique artisan produce meticulously sourced exclusively from small producers all over Greece and represent the uniqueness of the Greek terroir and culture.

Marianna, founder of Oliveology will share with you her knowledge and passion of all these amazing ingredients which you will be able to taste. During our workshop you will learn more about their history in Greek cuisine and how to use them in creative ways in modern cooking.

Despina Siahuli, the chef, hails from Athens, Greece. She has always been fascinated by food, and especially by how food makes people feel and the memories it creates. Seven years ago, she quit a job in online media production and started cooking. Soon after, she was selling her food in London’s street markets and cooking at E5 Bakehouse. She has also worked at French & Grace in Brixton, The Greek Larder in Kings Cross and St. John Bar Restaurant in Smithfield.
