Would you like to learn how to make traditional Greek pies with fragrant wild herbs and seasonal vegetables such as pumpkin?  How about delicious Greek desserts with filo pastry?

This autumn, the celebrated Greek chef Despina Siahuli is joining Marianna from Oliveology for two delicious vegetarian Greek feasts!

Using autumn vegetables and star ingredients from small Greek artisan producers, Despina has put together a delicious seasonal menu for you to prepare and taste. Discover fava, filo pastry, wild herbs, dried fruits, nuts and grape molasses and learn how to create delicious dishes during a hands-on culinary experience.

Despina will share her secrets with you and help you improve your cooking skills. Marianna will share her passion for unique products, harvested with traditional methods, kind to nature, by small artisan producers. The surprise goodie bag with select Oliveology products you will take home will inspire you to put these skills and knowledge into action!

This month, Michalis Georgaras from Aetheleon Farm is travelling all the way from Nothern Greece, to spend time with us. Michalis produces our premium quality organic oregano essential oil  in his small family-run farm. Passionate about essential oils and organic production, he will be joining Despina and Marianna to share his knowledge and expertise with you.

So, join us for a celebration of Greek seasonal cooking and warm Greek hospitality – for it wouldn’t be a Greek feast without a lovely lunch with lots of food and drinks on offer, would it?
