Cretan dakos carob rusks

These dakos rusks are made with the traditional Cretan recipe but are made with carob flour. They have a more wholesome, nutty flavour than the original dakos rusks. They are baked using olive wood, in a traditional old bakery in Agios Nektarios bakery in Chania, Crete.
