Organic and wild, these mallow flowers (Μολόχα; Malva Sylvestris) are hand picked in the mountains of Epirus, North West Greece. These pretty purple flowers are traditionally used as a herbal remedy for coughs, throat and respiratory infections. Put mallow in a warm moist dressing, or poultice, and apply it directly to the skin as a treatment for wounds. Alternatively, they can be added to bath water.
