Join us in this fun and hands-on workshop! It is all about meze- the Greek sharing dishes!

Taking place in the comfort of your own home, we are teaming up with recipe developer, food photographer & stylist Amaryllis Tsegou to explore a favourite Greek tradition.

Before the workshop you will receive a box with some of Oliveology’s most popular products, perfect to enjoy on their own or as part of various dishes. During the workshop we will get to taste a variety of Oliveology meze ingredients, a unique Greek wine and then make two quick delicious recipes.

Join us in learning a little bit about Greek food and celebrate the joy of sharing food!

Cooking Workshop & Tasting with Amaryllis Tsegou from The Tasty Other and Nafsika from Oliveology

Price for two people: £120 for 2-4 people (includes Oliveology’s meze box, guided tasting, cooking class)

*Available for UK residents only. Order up to 3 days before the event to ensure you have received your box. From the Tuesday prior to the event onwards, you can place your orders for COLLECTION ONLY.

About Amaryllis

Amaryllis is from Athens, Greece, but has been based in London since 2006. After completing a PhD in Dance Anthropology, she started her personal blog The Tasty Other, exploring her love of food, fascination with tradition and gatherings, and passion about storytelling through photography. Soon after, she started collaborating with other creatives and brands as a photographer, stylist and recipe developer. Using her background in education, she is also organising food and photography workshops for children & adults both in London and abroad. She has been hosting supper clubs in Greece and London, preparing food that is inspired by childhood dishes, foods tasted and learned during her travels in Greece and abroad, all infused with and influenced by London’s multiculturalism and diversity.

About Nafsika

Nafsika Papacharalampous is a Postgraduate Research Associate at the SOAS Food Studies Centre, University of London and a trained chef. She is researching Greek cuisine, traditional foods and markets, focusing on national and class identity, memory, and the Greek crisis. Nafsika is also a consultant for artisan food companies, restaurants and food organisations in Athens and London, creating unique culinary experiences. She is a food blogger at www.NafsikaCooks.com where she indulges her passion for both cooking and writing.

What to expect:

You will create your own meze platter, using Oliveology ingredients; you will make two wonderful recipes with Amaryllis; all shipped to your home prior to the tasting!

Cancellation policy:

A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required for cancellation so we can fill your space. You will be given a full refund or we can transfer you to another date. However, no refunds or changes can be made if cancellations are changed in less than four weeks. However, you have the option to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
