Taking place at our Railway Arch in Bermondsey, we are teaming up with Metaxa master Harry Gerakis, for a delicious Metaxa tasting workshop!
During the workshop you will get to taste a Metaxa neat and make a specially designed cocktail, accompanied by delicious Oliveology food pairings!

Metaxa Tasting & Cocktail Making with Harry Gerakis
Price: £30 (includes one Metaxa neat and one cocktail, tasting of Oliveology’s food pairings: dried figs, roasted and lightly salted almonds, orange blossom honey, kalamata olives with orange and herbs, and 17C olive oil with lemons oranges and thyme, guided tasting, cocktail making)
Duration: 1.5 hours
Location: In our Railway Arch at Spa Terminus, 5mins from Bermondsey station

About Harry
Harry Gerakis was born in Athens Greece where, from a young age, he got involved in the hospitality industry. After a few years working in Greece he moved to the UK where he has been behind numerous of the best bars in London sharpening his mixology skills. He is now the Brand Ambassador for the UK for Metaxa and has been travelling the country spreading the word for the most part of the last 3 years.He will be our guide in the exportation of this one of a kind amber spirit and showcase some easy to make libations to spice up those special occasions!

What to expect:
There will be Metaxa 12 stars to taste and small nibbles of food pairings during the tasting.
Cancellation policy:
A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required for cancellation so we can fill your space. You will be given a full refund or we can transfer you to another date. However, no refunds or changes can be made if cancellations are changed in less than four weeks. However, you have the option to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
Covid-19 Health & Safety:
For all of our events we will ensure that all health and safety regulations are upheld and keep guest numbers to a minimum so that you can enjoy the workshops while feeling relaxed and safe.
