Dalamara Naoussa Xinomavro

From an internationally acclaimed and talented young producer, this 100% Xinomavro, organic wine is made using natural winemaking techniques with family-grown fruit from the estate. It has a light ruby colour and offers all the Xinomavro aromas with forest fruits, cinnamon,  and allspice, black olive, tomato stalk, mint and thyme bushes, alongside cedar wood and earth notes on the palate. The spicy aftertaste leaves plum and chocolate in the mouth. Slightly dry tannins that soften day by day. A great wine for poultry, game and wild boar, olive tapenades, antipasti, lamb kebabs, bruschetti, roasted pork, porcini risotti, or tomato and cheese gratin.
