You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms and Conditions. By using our website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any of the revised Terms and Conditions you must not use this website or make any orders from Oliveology. These terms and Conditions were last updated on 30th April 2019.
We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. Our secure online system is integrated with Paypal and Worldpay, which we use to handle all our credit card transactions. Paypal and Worldpay are third party payment providers that offer secure services trusted by millions. Every effort is made to maintain published prices but these cannot be guaranteed. Trading with the euro as well as varying weather conditions and harvests can affect the cost of our products. We reserve the right to change any of the listed prices on this website, without prior notice at any time. Such price changes will not affect orders placed prior to the date of change.
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and US. We will do our best to dispatch your order within 2 days of it being placed. Oliveology will not charge you for handling costs and we will always try to find the cheaper and safest way to send our products to you. We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL for International orders. The delivery charges vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. For some indicative costs, click here. Please note that for certain international shipments, it is possible that additional charges may be applied in the destination country. These additional customs charges/fees are worked out locally depending on the value of the goods and the shipping charges. Each country has their own fees on top of the duty and VAT that vary from country to country, even within the EU. It is impossible for us to keep abreast of each country’s unique customs laws, or to calculate any possible charges in advance. As such, it is not our responsibility to investigate the possibility of these charges, or to pay them when they occur. It is the responsibility of the recipient.
Please place your orders before November each year in order to ensure priority of our products. Our products are seasonal, made in our small family farm and produced in limited quantities. New harvest produce will be available for deliveries around April every year. For enquiries and price lists please contact us at email@example.com
Our products are available in the following sizes:
Oils: 350ml, 750ml, 3L, 5L Olives: 250g, 1200g, 2kgs, 5kgs. Please contact us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org
We aim to provide organic products whenever possible. Most of our products are certified to EU standards, by the Greek organic authority Bio-Hellas, which is the equivalent to Soil Association in the UK. However some of our products do not hold certifications because some types of products cannot be certified in Greece yet. However all our products are produced in the same farm, which is certified organic. This does not affect any of our oils or olives, which are fully certified.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you have to cancel or change your booking, we would need a minimum of four weeks’ notice. In that case we will refund you for the full amount or transfer your booking to another date.
If you have to cancel or change your booking less than four weeks in advance then we will unfortunately not be able to refund or change your booking. You can of course offer your space to a friend, ensuring you have informed us of any dietary requirements as soon as possible, so as to make sure we can accommodate them.
If we have to cancel a workshop, then we will offer you a full refund or if you prefer we will transfer your amount to one of our other workshops.
Our menus are seasonal and change often. If you have specific dietary requirements please contact us before booking to ensure our menu can accommodate your needs.
All dietary requirements need to be confirmed at least two weeks prior to the workshop. As our menus are finalised after that, we will do our best but cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any dietary requirements less than two weeks prior to the workshop.
Our workshops are hosted at Borough Market cookhouse. As this is a shared kitchen space we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.
