From an internationally acclaimed and talented young producer, it offers textbook typical Xinomavro aromas and palate with forest fruits, black olive, tomato stalk, mint and thyme bushes, cedar wood and earth notes. Great wine for poultry game and wild boar, olive tapenades, antipasti, lamb kebabs, bruschetti, roasted pork, porcini risotti or tomato and cheese gratin.

100% Xinomavro, organic and natural winemaking with fruit coming from the Estate (family-grown). The winemaker has been named one of the 30 under 30 winemaking talents internationally by the Wine & Spirits magazine in 2015​.

Product Description

Tasting Notes: Light ruby color in the glass, typical of the variety.
Moderate, progressive nose, with ripe plum having the first word and the typical tomato puree of Xinomavro following. Black cherry and raspberry are combined with cinnamon and allspice as time passes in the glass while tobacco and sage herbal notes appear gradually. Moderate volume body, medium intensity, slightly dry tannins that soften day by day. The lively acidity refreshes the palate and gives vitality to the fruit. The spicy aftertaste leaves plum and chocolate in the mouth.
