Organic and wild, this thyme (Thymus capitatus) is hand picked in the mountains of Epirus, North West Greece. It’s wonderful in sauces, scattered over roast meat, fish, or vegetables, and great for barbecues! Combined with honey and lemon, it makes a fantastic marinade for chicken or fish. Thyme, as an infusion, is is a natural antiseptic and antibiotic.
