This traditional Cypriot halloumi is made exclusively from goat’s & sheep’s milk. A semi-hard, bright cheese with a mellow flavour and hints of mint. Perfect for summer salads and equally delicious grilled or grated on top of pasta.

*This product is delivered in cool bags with an ice pack. It is sold in vacuum packs. Weight varies. Min weight 200g.
