A unique 2-hour experience with Marianna from Oliveology and Giulia from The EVOO Edit.
On Saturday 21 November, 2026 at 10.30am.
Sharing their knowledge and passion for all-things olive oil, Marianna and Giulia takes you on an unforgettable journey where you will discover artisanal olive oils from the wider Mediterranean region.
Your journey begins with an introduction to the philosophy and values that underpin the artisanal production of olive oil, its place in Mediterranean cuisine, diet and culture, as well as the organic and regenerative farming practices of the area.
Marianna and Giulia will then guide you into savouring 10 different olive oils and various different olive varieties, uncovering the differences and distinct characteristics of each. You will learn how to taste olive oil, and understanding the diversity of each variety and terroir. Olive leaf tea, a unique Greek product will also be offered, competing your olive tree journey.
At the end of this sensorial and interactive workshop, you will have gained a knowledge of olive oil and olives, and leave with a goody bag filled with surprise gifts!

Cancellation policy:
A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required for cancellation so we can fill your space. You will be given a full refund. However, no refunds or changes can be made if cancellations are changed in less than four weeks. However, you have the option to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
