PRICES
Every effort is made to maintain published prices but these cannot be guaranteed. Trading with the euro as well as varying weather conditions and harvests can affect the cost of our products. We reserve the right to change any of the listed prices on this website, without prior notice at any time. Such price changes will not affect orders placed prior to the date of change.
DELIVERY
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and US. We will do our best to dispatch your order within 2 days of it being placed. Oliveology will not charge you for handling costs and we will always try to find the cheaper and safest way to send our products to you. We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL for International orders. The delivery charges vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. For some indicative costs, click here. Please note that for certain international shipments, it is possible that additional charges may be applied in the destination country. These additional customs charges/fees are worked out locally depending on the value of the goods and the shipping charges. Each country has their own fees on top of the duty and VAT that vary from country to country, even within the EU. It is impossible for us to keep abreast of each country’s unique customs laws, or to calculate any possible charges in advance. As such, it is not our responsibility to investigate the possibility of these charges, or to pay them when they occur. It is the responsibility of the recipient.
WHOLESALE
Please place your orders before November each year in order to ensure priority of our products. Our products are seasonal, made in our small family farm and produced in limited quantities. New harvest produce will be available for deliveries around April every year. For enquiries and price lists please contact us at wholesale@oliveology.co.uk
Our products are available in the following sizes:
Oils: 350ml, 750ml, 3L, 5L Olives: 250g, 1200g, 2kgs, 5kgs. Please contact us for more information at info@oliveology.co.uk
ORGANIC STANDARDS
We aim to provide organic products whenever possible. Most of our products are certified to EU standards, by the Greek organic authority Bio-Hellas, which is the equivalent to Soil Association in the UK. However some of our products do not hold certifications because some types of products cannot be certified in Greece yet. However all our products are produced in the same farm, which is certified organic. This does not affect any of our oils or olives, which are fully certified.
