Aoton Roditis White

Roditis is a complex and richly textured wine made with its namesake variety and produced in only 3000 bottles for 2015. Concentrated and balanced throughout, it has evolved beautifully in the bottle, as is appropriate for a fine wine. It has a golden colour with a dry, floral palate. Lovely chamomile and tropical notes on the nose with honeydew melon and honey, then pronounced, fleshy peach and pineapple on the palate. It is a great match for any vegetable risotto.
