This unique wine pairs Assyrtiko grapes (sourced from young planted vines from our vineyards in Megalochori) with Monemvasia grapes, sourced from Paros island. This wine brings out aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers. It has a medium body with medium acidity and a refreshing aftertaste. Pairs perfectly with salads, pasta or fish. Ageing potential: 2-3 years.
