Lady Frosyne Glivanos

A semi-sparkling, semi-sweet rosé wine produced from the indigenous grape varieties Debina and Bekari. On the nose, it’s pleasant and expressive with aromas of roses, strawberries, cherries, discreet botanical notes and dried green orange peel. On the palate, it’s bursting with refreshing flavours of red, forest and stone fruits, and ripe melon with hints of summer herbs. It is complex and velvety, but well balanced with a long aftertaste. Perfect with a variety of starters, light salads, goat’s cheese, chicken and turkey, as well as with any milk-based curd desserts.
