Nikolou Botanic Retsina

A truly special wine, with a unique character from the traditional addition of pine resin and fermentation with selected yeasts. This retsina has a pale lemon colour, and on the nose, aromas of lemon, thyme, pine needles and mastiha drops. On the palate, lemon and lemon peel, thyme, pine needles and hints of dry mastiha. A rich body, characteristic of the Savatiano variety, with a long aftertaste. Pairs perfectly with olives, raw or marinated seafood and fish – especially sushi, small fried fish, tapas, and cured meats.
