Organic Barley Rusks from Kythira

These 100% organic barley rusks are made on the island of Kythira, renowned for its rusks. They are made from purely organic ingredients from small local producers. They use stone-ground wholegrain barley flour, mixed with natural sea salt gathered from the rocks all around the island. These rusks taste like the land, the sun and the sea of Greece. The are high in fibre, iron and beta-glucans which are beneficial for managing cholesterol levels.
