This week we’ve got the most refreshing, vibrant and delicious summer dessert for you. A sorbet made with British strawberries, lemons and a secret ingredient: grape molasses! British strawberries are at their best this time of the year, and it’s the perfect time to make this strawberry sorbet.
Grape molasses, known as petimezi in Greece, is an absolute favourite ingredient. It is 100% natural, made from concentrated Agiorgitiko grape must, with distinct caramel tones and aromas of light honey and fresh grapes. It adds depth to this refreshing sorbet, and don’t forget to drizzle more on top!
