Afianes Litani

A dry white wine made with Begleri, an indiginous varietal from the island of Ikaria. This wine is slightly cloudy due to its unusually high alcohol content. On the mouth, aromas of white mushrooms and stone fruits are enhanced by a discreet saltiness, a sweet aftertaste, and a high acidity that perfectly balances the aromas of quince and buttermilk caramel. Perfect with roast lamb, grilled fish, mature yellow cheeses, seafood and oysters.
