Amfissa Green Olives
Our green Amfissa olives are grown on Atrapos Farm, an organic and biodynamic farm in central Greece. They are hand picked when still unripe and singled out with great care. They are fermented in brine, rinsed in fresh water, pickled with herbs, and then packaged. They have a firm green flesh; fresh, bright taste; and are rich in antioxidants.
