Organic Amfissa Green Olives

Our green Amfissa olives are grown on Atrapos Farm, an organic and biodynamic farm in central Greece. They are hand picked when still unripe and singled out with great care. They are fermented in brine, rinsed in fresh water, pickled with herbs, and then packaged. They have a firm green flesh; fresh, bright taste; and are rich in antioxidants.

Product Further Info
Once opened, our olives can be stored in or outside the fridge (in a cool, dark place) for up to 6 months, as long as they are fully submerged in their liquid and have olive oil on top, as when purchased. If storing in the fridge we recommend leaving them out at room temperature before consuming. It is normal for the olive oil to solidify when stored in the fridge, that is why we suggest storing them at ambient temperature.
