Oliveology’s Gastronomic Sailing Holiday
Oliveology’s Gastronomic Sailing Experience
From Kefalonia and all around the Ionian islands (Lefkas – Kastos – Ithaca – Fiskardo – Kefalonia – Meganisi)
Enjoy the deep blue Greek sea and unexplored island corners. Savour local fresh produce, artisan cheese, and wine and learn about the unique terroir of the Ionian islands. Taste Oliveology’s organic ingredients and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. You will be accompanied by Lida, member of the Oliveology team.
During Oliveology’s Gastronomic Sailing Trip, you will wake up to a delicious breakfast -think Greek yogurt, honey and fresh fruit, freshly baked bread from the island bakery, artisan cheese, and home made jams. You will enjoy the island sea and a culinary activity every day, be it learning how to make your own stuffed vegetables, meeting local cheese producers and wine makers, visiting farmers’ markets and shopping for local produce, or even fishing yourself if you wish. Or how about learning basic sailing skills. And of course enjoy al fresco lunches with vibrant salads with grains and pulses, fresh vegetables herbs and extra virgin olive oil, all freshly prepared on board. Savour vegetarian Greek traditional dishes such as stuffed tomatoes and peppers.
