Dinner Experience with Nafsika Papacharalampous

Greek islands are famous for their deep blue sea, sandy and pebbled beaches, little coffee shops hidden under tall shady trees. But food is what makes our journeys to the motherland memorable.

This summer join us for a journey around the Greek islands, with foods and wines from all over Greece. Taste various regional recipes and hear their stories, as our food anthropologist and chef Nafsika takes you around the deep blue sea.

Think of wholesome dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, unique Oliveology ingredients, selected island wines. Can you think of a better way to kick of summer and start planning your holidays? We can’t!

What to expect:

You will be welcomed with a special welcome summer cocktail and a tasting of different olives. Nafsika will then give a short talk on the history & culture of Greek island food culture, guiding you through the various courses that she has cooked for you. You will enjoy a 5-course dinner, prepared with family recipes and recipes collected from rural and urban Greece. Nafsika will join you again over dessert and you will get a chance to talk more about Greek food.
