Dinner Experience with Despina Siahuli

From Despina:

The majority of my childhood summers unfolded in a quaint village nestled in Northern Greece. Absent of any nearby sea, our village was embraced by majestic mountains adorned with trees and lush greenery flourishing wildly. Being a farming community, our food mirrored the simplicity and resourcefulness of rural life, relying on seasonal produce and locally available ingredients.

This menu pays homage to the flavors of my upbringing, reminiscent of those idyllic summer days. It features simple yet hearty dishes, imbued with warmth and crafted from humble ingredients, each prepared with an abundance of love.

What to expect:

You will be welcomed with a special welcome summer cocktail and a tasting of different olives and olive oil. You will enjoy a 5-course dinner, prepared by Despina with mostly organic produce & Oliveology ingredients.

Suggested Menu:

Welcome cocktail & welcome starters
Selection of olive oils & olives tasting

Savoury spring onion pie with feta & fresh herbs (stsita pie)
Slow-cooked tomatoes with Charleston peppers (inspired by Grandma’s recipe)
Cucumber, olives, and bulgur wheat salad
