Florina peppers are famous for their rich and sweet flavour. These are organic and roasted over an open flame. They are peeled by hand to preserve the natural aroma of the peppers and preserved in vinegar and grape molasses made from xinomavro grapes, with the addition of garlic and salt. A handmade, organic product with no preservatives. They are excellent stuffed with rice, shrimps, minced meat and, of course, feta cheese! Finely chop them and add to sauces, salads, pasta, or risotto for a boost of flavour, or blend them with some extra virgin olive oil to make a delicious dip.
