If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you must know by now how much we love making granola. It’s one of our favourite breakfasts. We always look forward to walking up to a bowl of yoghurt with fresh fruit and granola, not to mention that it makes us feel quite healthy!
This week, we are preparing a very autumn-y granola, with olive oil, honey, walnuts, raisins and prunes, and carob molasses. This unique product is made from 100% Cretan carob pods. It is cold-extracted and with no added sugar and adds a warm chocolate-y aroma to your recipes. Give it a try!
