Balsamic Cream with Mandarin
Organic, hand-picked ripe grapes are vinified at low temperatures to produce a grape vinegar with a rich, vivd bouquet and high acidity. Fresh mandarin peels and a mixture of spices are then steeped in the vinegar for a few days to achieve its complex aroma and taste. Pairs perfectly with white cheese, grapes and chicken, and makes a fantastic dressing for any green salad.
