For our autumn series of workshops, we will be teaming up once again with the amazing Greek chef Despina Siahuli who has put together a purely vegetarian cooking experience for all of you. We will be focusing on star ingredients. These are unique artisan produce sourced exclusively from small producers all over Greece and represent the uniqueness of the Greek terroir and culture. During our cooking workshops you will learn how to use them in creative ways.

Despina Siahuli, the chef, hails from Athens, Greece. She has always been fascinated by food, and especially by how food makes people feel and the memories it creates. Seven years ago, she quit a job in online media production and started cooking. Soon after, she was selling her food in London’s street markets and cooking at E5 Bakehouse. She has also worked at French & Grace in Brixton, The Greek Larder in Kings Cross and St. John Bar Restaurant in Smithfield.
