Workshop #3 with Despina Siahuli
Despina is from Athens, Greece. Fascinated by how food makes people feel and the memories it creates, seven years ago, she quit a job in online media production and started cooking. Soon after, she was selling her food in London’s street markets and cooking at E5 Bakehouse. She has also worked at French & Grace in Brixton, The Greek Larder in Kings Cross and St. John Bar Restaurant in Smithfield.
Star ingredients: fava (split yellow peas), filo pastry, wild herbs, dried fruit, nuts, tahini, grape molasses
Price: £55 per person (including food, drinks, recipes and a goodie bag)
