In this delightful 2-hour workshop, immerse yourself in the magic of Greek pies and uncover the secrets behind their delectable flavours.

George, your expert chef and guide, will introduce you to the world of Oliveology and the rich heritage of Greek pies. Discover the essence of seasonality, regional variations, and the philosophy of zero waste, all intricately woven into the art of creating these savoury delights.

Learn the art of crafting homemade filo pastry as George shares his expertise. With his tips and tricks, you’ll master the skills to make and handle the dough with finesse, unlocking the potential of various shapes and sizes.

Embark on a tantalising journey through a wide array of savoury and sweet fillings. Be inspired by George’s ingenious ideas for using leftovers, transforming everyday ingredients into mouthwatering sensations.

Now, it’s your turn to shine! With newfound knowledge and creativity, you’ll create your own Greek pie. Select your favourite filling and lovingly wrap it in the delicate filo pastry you’ve crafted. The result? A personalised masterpiece ready to take home and bake to perfection.
