Gavalas Katsano

From the esteemed Gavalas winery in Santorini, a unique dry white wine made from Katsano and Gaidouria, two very rare grape varieties that cover less than 1% percent of the vineyard. Delicate aromas of white flowers, stone and tropical fruits accompany the refreshing taste of this wine. Mineral aromas reveal themselves through aging. It has a medium body with medium acidity and a fruity aftertaste. It pairs perfectly with salads, seafood, fish, and pasta with mild sauces.
