Oliveology and Margot Carone

In collaboration with nutritional therapist, cook and food blogger Margot Carone of Margot’s Kitchen, we are presenting our first healthier cooking/baking workshop.

Food today is often more about nutrients and less about the pleasure of eating. During this workshop you will learn how to bake and cook yummy dishes using healthier methods. Our guest chef Margot has a background in nutritional therapy, a special interest in gut happiness, and is a passionate believer in achieving optimum health through a balanced diet. She will share her expert knowledge on healthy eating, her passion for baking and her enthusiasm for good food.

Based on star ingredients from Oliveology and early spring vegetables and fruit, Margot has put together a menu which combines classic baking goods with new ideas, all inspired by Oliveology’s philosophy and passion for unique, limited number products, harvested with traditional methods.

The workshop includes learning basic cooking skills, tasting ingredients and participating in every step, from prepping ingredients to cooking and plating. So, join us for a celebration of healthier seasonal cooking and warm Greek hospitality – for it wouldn’t be a Greek feast without lots of food and drinks on offer, would it?

Oliveology’s Healthier Living Cooking Workshops

Workshop with Margot Carone

Margot is a qualified Nutritional Therapist with over 11 years’ experience of working in and around the food industry. She is also skilled at recipe testing, food styling and running supper clubs. She is an active food and nutrition blogger with a special interest in gut health and in achieving optimum health through nutrition. She loves working with new and forgotten ingredients, and enjoys promoting local ways of cooking from around the world.

Menu: Vegetarian, seasonal, using mostly organic produce

Price: £65 per person (including food, drinks, recipes and a goodie bag)
Duration: 3 hours

Dietary requirements:
All menus are finalised two weeks before the date of the workshop. Please contact us directly with any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accomodate you.
As our workshops are hosted at a shared kitchen space, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.

Cancellation policy:
A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required for cancellation so we can fill your space. You will be given a full refund or we can transfer you to another date. However, no refunds or changes can be made if cancellations are changed in less than four weeks. However, you have the option to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
