Organic Throuba olives
The only olive you can eat straight from the tree! Throuba olives are exclusively grown and produced in Thassos Island in the North of Greece and hold P.D.O status. It is a unique olive variety, where the olives are left to ripen naturally on the tree with no further processing and very little salt added. They have a soft flesh (almost like a prune) and a unique bitter sweet flavour.
