Balsamic Chilli Vinegar

This beautiful organic vinegar is made with grape must from the famous Agioritiko red grape variety. It is aged in French oak barrels for three years, and with a gentle spice from chilli peppers hand-picked in Nemea. It has a dark brown colour with red highlights, aromas of sun-dried grapes and a hint of green pepper. Sour taste combined to a balanced sweetness and spiciness, strong notes of ripe fruit, green pepper and chilli on the finish. It is the perfect addition to green vegetables, dressings and marinades.
