Organic and wild, these chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla) are hand picked in the mountains of Epirus, North West Greece. A favourite to many, dried chamomile blossoms offer a beautifully relaxing infusion, ideal just before bed. They’re also known to help relieve stomach aches and can be used as compresses for irritated eyes.
