This unique product is made from 100% Cretan carob pods. It is cold-extracted and with no added sugar. It has a mild, sweet taste and can be used to replace sugar in baking. It is great drizzled over yoghurt or ice cream, or mix it with tahini for a wonderful spread. Traditionally, carob was used to cure coughs and throat aches. Just add to hot tea or other drinks.
