We’ve always loved the last days of summer. The weather is still warm, we are already carrying memories of a full summer. We love getting back home, to our kitchen, and start cooking again.
This week, we are using the last summer fruits to make a nutritious and delicious lentil salad. Slowly caramelise plums and peaches with honey, grape molasses and sweet vinegar. Grill your favourite halloumi cheese. Add some peppery rocket and there you have it: the ultimate late summer dinner.
