We’ve always loved the last days of summer. The weather is still warm, we are already carrying memories of a full summer. We love getting back home, to our kitchen, and start cooking again.
This week, we are using the last summer fruits to make a nutritious and delicious lentil salad. Slowly caramelise plums and peaches with honey, grape molasses and vinegar. Grill your favourite halloumi cheese. Add some peppery rocket and there you have it: the ultimate late summer dinner.
