Babatzim Tsipouro without anise

A classic Greek spirit, tsipouro is made from grape pommace, a by-product of wine-making, and carries a unique, fruity and herbal flavour palette. This tsipouro is distilled following a family recipe that goes back to 1875 and includes the addition of aromatic spices in the second distillation. Enjoy with or without ice, or as part of a cocktail. Try mixing it with tonic, lemon and fresh thyme for a very Greek cocktail.
