This is a complex and very well-balanced wine. On the nose, it has floral and fruity notes of roses, jasmine and citrus. On the palette it is sweet and lightly spicy with a beautiful acidity, and pleasant aftertaste. Pairs perfectly with a Greek salad with mature feta cheese and barley rusks.
